The fragrant Bulgarian Rose petals, infused in high quality alcohol and subjected to long maceration, are the essential ingredient of this Rosolio.
Produced with exquisitely artisanal methods, taken from an ancient recipe, it preserves all the fragrance of the newly blossomed Rose and acquires a sweet and delicate taste.
It is irreplaceable in the preparation of refined cocktails such as the ‘Valentine’s Cocktail’ and is also excellent as a dessert liqueur.
