Shipping and Delivery
Shipments will be made through the express courier with which the company Distillerie dell'Etna dei F.lli Russo srl has made arrangements during the purchase period.
The cost of transport varies according to weight and destination and is calculated automatically at the time of purchase.
Breakage or Loss of goods during transport Upon delivery of the goods, it will be the customer's responsibility to verify that the packages are intact and do not show dents or signs of tampering.
In the event that there is breakage or part of the ordered goods is missing, it is the customer's responsibility to report this on the form provided by the courier. In such cases, Distillerie dell'Etna dei F.lli Russo srl will replace the goods at its own expense. The customer can communicate to our office the request for replacement within 3 working days from receipt of the package. In case of theft/loss, Distillerie dell'Etna dei F.lli Russo srl undertakes to make a new shipment.
Shipping the order to another recipient
During the purchase procedure, the customer has the possibility to receive or have the package sent to another address, for example if you want to give a gift or want to receive the package at your office. This option is available only if payment is made through: Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are 72 hours for orders shipped to Italy and 5-7 days for orders shipped to the remaining countries of the European Union. Due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of Authorities, delivery times may vary.
