From harvesting the ingredients to the bottle: every step has been tended with the same dedication for over 150 years.
Harvest
We hand-select the finest botanicals from the Etna region: citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, pistachios and prickly pears, respecting the natural seasonality.
Infusion
The ingredients rest in infusion for weeks, slowly releasing essential oils, aromas and colors. Every recipe has its own precise timing.
Distillation
In our copper stills, the infusion is transformed into pure spirit. Slow distillation preserves every aromatic nuance.
Bottling
After the necessary resting period, every bottle is filled, sealed and labeled by hand, ready to bring Sicily into your home.
