Harvesting
We hand-select the best botanicals from the Etna territory: citrus fruits, aromatic herbs, pistachios, and prickly pears, respecting natural seasonality.
Infusion
The ingredients rest in infusion for weeks, slowly releasing essential oils, aromas, and colors. Each recipe has its precise timing.
Distillation
In our copper stills, the infusion is transformed into pure spirit. The slow distillation preserves every aromatic nuance.
Bottling
After the necessary resting period, each bottle is filled, sealed, and labeled by hand, ready to bring Sicily into your home.
