To exercise this right you must send us a simple communication to this effect, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods (as per art.6, par.B, D.Law no.185 of 22/05/1999) and send us the goods within a further 15 (fifteen) working days from the communication of the Return Authorization Code (CAR) by Customer Service. The return of the goods will be at your expense, you will be refunded for the cost of the goods within 14 working days from collection.
