Today still fully operational and still independent under the control of the Russo family for 5 generations. The company is located in the town of Santa Venerina, at the foot of Mount Etna. This small town can boast ancient distilling traditions.
In the past there were dozens of companies and we could even boast of artisan still makers.
With its 7 columns, in copper and steel, the DISTILLERY OF ETNA distills: through a continuous and vacuum process, the finest pomace from the main Sicilian wineries and the fresh and natural aromas of the best local botanicals.
