It is obtained from the distillation of fermented pomace of prized grapes, the vines that contribute to obtaining the prized Etna Grappa are: Nerello Mascalese, Cataratto and Nerello Cappuccio. Nerello Cappuccio, with a good tasting structure and a pleasantly fruity aroma, grows above all in the provinces of Catania and Messina. Alcohol content 40°
