In it, the prized vines of origin: Catarratto, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, "delicately" abandon the characteristic and overpowering traits that distinguish them and take a step back, finding themselves in a sweet and balanced distillate, which combines, by sweetening them, the aromatic and olfactory notes of all its pomace. Alcohol content: 40° Capacity: 100ml – 500 ml Ingredients: Fine pomace selected from grapes ripened on the slopes of Etna and carefully distilled under vacuum at low temperature. Aged in oak barriques.
