Verdello di Sicilia is produced with a particular quality of lemon: the verdello lemon, typical of the Ionian coast. This fruit, with an intense green color and an inebriating scent, comes from a particular flowering of the plant that occurs in the spring-summer period. Verdello di Sicilia is excellent at the end of a meal, with a splash of seltzer it turns into a fresh and refreshing aperitif.
