The pistachio plant, typical of the flora of the Etna Park, grows wild and lush on the slopes of the volcano. The reddish fruits contain soft and green seeds with a sweet and delicate taste. This rosolio is obtained with an exquisitely artisan procedure, using the green “heart” of the pistachio, according to the indications of an ancient recipe. Rosolio should be served fresh as a dessert and is delicious on desserts and pistachio ice cream.
