This vine, originating from the Middle East, loves warm climates. In Sicily the heat of the sun and the particularly fertile soil provided him with his natural habitat which allowed him to express himself at his best. A skilful distillation of the pomace has enhanced its natural qualities. Thus a grappa with a delicate fragrance was obtained, with slightly spicy notes and a soft taste, with persistent hints of vanilla and chocolate.
