This Grappa comes from a Sicilian vine of noble traditions: Nero d’Avola. It is a vine with a rich personality, with fruity, floral and spicy notes. It has an excellent taste structure, full bodied, balanced and harmonious overall. Its pomace, lightly pressed, subjected to a delicate fermentation process, is distilled in special stills that enhance its intense taste and aroma.
