Mandarin, the typical fruit of Sicily, world renowned for its intense fragrance and suavity of taste is the essential ingredient in this exquisite liqueur. The mandarins are peeled by hand so as to preserve intact aromas and fragrances in which the peel is very rich.

The skins are steeped in pure alcohol for a few days. When the infusion is ready it is filtered and completed by adding water and sugar to make a 30° hydroalcoholic solution.
The liqueur has a red-orange color; the nose has a very penetrating tangerine scent; the taste is full, mellow with an intense tangerine flavor.
It is served chilled in small chilled glasses and is excellent as a digestive; it enriches fruit salads and is an essential component of cocktails and classy drinks.
