Payment by Credit Card is secure and fast thanks through the PayPal service through which you can pay for your purchases even without any PayPal account with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Carta Aura, Discover, Maestro credit cards.

2. Bank Transfer
Wire transfer is one of the best ways to make payments especially if you have an account that allows you to do this type of transaction online with really low or even no costs. It can be made from any country in the European Union, as of July 1, 2003, at the cost of a domestic transfer. The bank details of our account will be communicated to you by email upon completion of your order. The order will be processed when we receive a copy of the transfer order.

3. Marking
If you choose to receive your order by COD, please note that the service is only available in Italy.

Billing
The company Distillerie dell’Etna dei F.lli Russo s.r.l. will issue an invoice for each order processed; the invoice will be attached to the shipment.

 

Right of Withdrawal

The user, a consumer, in accordance with the Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999 no. 185 (implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts) has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason within a period of 10 working days after receipt of the goods.

Article 1 of the above decree defines ” consumer ” as a natural person who purchases for purposes unrelated to any professional activity . Therefore, this right is exercisable only by those who act, purchase as individuals for personal purposes unrelated to their employment. Excluded are all those who purchase as legal persons, as individuals who purchase for purposes related to commercial activities and therefore indicate a VAT number reference in the order form. Furthermore, this right cannot be claimed for purchases made by resellers or parties who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties. Distillerie dell’Etna dei F.lli Russo s.r.l. grants you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract. To exercise this right you must send us a simple notice to that effect, within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods ordered (as per art.6, par.B,D.Legge n.185 del 22/05/1999) and send us the goods within an additional 15 (fifteen) working days from the communication of the Return Authorization Code (CAR) by Customer Service. You will be responsible for the return of the goods, you will be refunded the cost of the goods within 14 working days after you collect the goods.
