Shipment and Delivery
Shipments are made by express carrier, the transport costs may change depending on the weight and destination and will be calculated at the moment of purchase.
Breakage or Loss of goods during the transport
At the moment of delivery the customer has to verify the cartons to be intact without dents or signs of forcing. If there are any breakages or if part of the goods is missing, it will be the customers responsibility to report this in the carrier's form. In that case the Distilleria F.lli Russo s.n.c. will replace the goods at her own costs. The customer can communicate the request for replacement to our office within 3 working days from the receipt of the goods. In case of theft/loss the Distilleria F.lli Russo s.n.c. will make a new shipment.
Delivery to another consignee
The customer can choose the order to be delivered to another address, for example if he wants to make a gift or have the goods delivered to his office. This possibility can be chosen only if payment is made by bank transfer or credit card.
Time of delivery
The standard time of delivery is 72 hours for deliveries in Italy and 5 to 7 days for deliveries in EU countries. Because of circumstances beyond one's control or bad traffic conditions, the time of delivery may change.
