Payment with credit card is very fast and safe thanks to the payment platform MyBank who manages our virtual P.O.S. where you can enter in order to pay your purchases by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club International. In addition, if you possess an account BankPassWeb you can make payment also by PagoBANCOMAT.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank transfer is one of the best ways to make payment, specially if you possess an account that permits this type operation at minimal costs or free. It can be made from any country of the EU since first of July 2003 at the costs of a national transfer. The bank codes will be communicated to you at the moment of your order. The order will be dealed at the moment of reception of a copy of transfer direction. 3. Cash on delivery
If you want to receive the ordered goods in this way, please note that there is an additional charge of € 5,00 and it is possible only for deliveries in Italy for amounts that are not over € 350,00.
Invoicing
The Distilleria F.lli Russo s.n.c. issues an invoice for every dealed order, the invoice is enclosed to the shipment.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has got the right to withdraw from any contract on distance without penalty and without statement of reasons within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, in compliance with the law by decree from 22 of May 1999 n.185, realization of the directive 97/7/CE concerning the consumer's protection about contracts on distance. Article 1 of the mentioned decree determines as consumer a natural person who purchases for purposes not referable to his professional activity. Therefore this right can be exercised only by those who make a purchase as natural person for personal purposes that cannot be referred to their business. It excludes all those who purchase as body corporate or as natural person who purchases for the purpose referable to its commercial activity and therefore indicate the VAT Number on the order form. Further the right cannot be extended to purchases made by retailers and others who purchase in order to sell to a third party. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a communication by recorded delivery letter with advice of delivery within the fixed term of 10 working days from the receipt of delivery (in compliance article 6, paragraph B, decree n.185 from 22/05/1999) to Distilleria F.lli Russo s.n.c., Via Duccio Galimberti, 70 - 95010 S. Venerina (CT) - Italy. We guarantee the right of withdrawal from the contract for any reason. Within the term of 15 (fifteen) working days from the communication of the Code for Authorized Return (CAR) by our customer service you have to send back the goods at your costs. The amount of purchase will be refunded to you within 14 working days from the withdrawal.
